COT Edge is an analytical dashboard that displays publicly available data from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Commitments of Traders (COT) reports. The Service provides visualizations, percentile calculations, and positioning signals based solely on this public data for educational and informational purposes.
The information provided by COT Edge is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or any other type of professional advice. COT Edge is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment service.

COT Edge sources data directly from the CFTC's public reporting API. While we make every effort to display data accurately, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data. The CFTC data reflects positions as of the previous Tuesday and is published each Friday at approximately 3:30 PM ET.
COT Edge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the CFTC or any government agency.
Upon purchase of a Pro license, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the COT Edge Pro dashboard. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or transfer your license key to any third party.
The Free preview (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, XAU/USD) is available without purchase and may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not use the Service to: redistribute or resell COT Edge data or dashboard access; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying data pipelines; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or share your license key publicly or with others.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact ondrejjch@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, COT Edge and its operator (Ondřej Chlubna) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any trading losses incurred based on information from the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
